Care plans are created from a wide range of possible therapies.  ASTARA finds the path that is right for you. Based on our assessment of your situation, you will work together with a counselor to select the therapies that you are interested in pursuing. We will work with you in regards to time and budget.

ASTARA sets itself apart from other drug rehab and addiction treatment programs by integrating holistic and conventional therapies within a treatment plan tailored to an individual’s needs.  The program offers a combination of individual therapies, group sessions and family support. 

Your treatment plan may include:

• Individual outpatient counseling to include inner child work, hypnosis, healing the roots of addiction, cognitive and behavioral work, guided imagery, focusing on purpose and potential
• Group and Family Therapy
• Medical and/or Chiropractic evaluation and treatment (to include blood work to determine chemical and physical imbalances)
• Nutritional consultation and coaching
• Acupuncture and/or Laser Light Therapy
• Energy work such as Reiki, and Emotional Freedom Technique
• Movement and exercise programs such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Qi Gong
• Art Therapy
• The Twelve steps, The Course in Miracles, and other spiritually based programs
