Massage Therapy
Massage is not just and indulgence anymore. This is a “hands on” therapy in which muscles and soft tissue are manipulated to improve health and well being. Studies have proven it can relieve pain, muscle tension, joint stiffness, fatigue and depression, as well as assist in recovery from injuries and surgeries.
Marilyn is a licensed massage therapist in the State of Ohio. She offers a unique approach that incorporates various aspects of body work including traditional massage, polarity therapy, Reiki, cranial sacral work and chakra balancing. Marilyn focuses her work based upon an intuitive understanding of each client's individual needs. She embraces a holistic, client centered view of therapy working to connect mind, body, and spirit in the process.
